The Monroe Area Community Foundation is pleased to announce the results of the Theme Basket Raffle  held at Monroe Light Up the Sky Celebration on July 4th, 2010, in Monroe Community Park.  Gina Miltenberger, Development  Committee Chair, proposed the basket concept  to raise money for the MACF Endowment Fund.  The winners are as follows:
